pk57 Terms & Conditions — Your Player Agreement

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute the entire legal agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and pk57 (hereinafter "pk57", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of all services, products, features, and content made available through the pk57 website and any associated mobile interface.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, accessing any game, or otherwise using any feature of the pk57 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the pk57 platform in any capacity.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the pk57 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and form part of the binding terms applicable to your account.

pk57 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided through the platform. Continued use of pk57 following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to pk57 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pk57 enforces a strict 21+ age policy without exception regardless of game type, deposit method, or promotional context.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register player accounts.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion request — whether submitted to pk57 directly or through any responsible gaming framework — that remains active at the time of attempted registration or login.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of pk57 or any of its affiliated entities, licensors, or game providers.

pk57 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other official identification. Accounts may be suspended pending verification, and winnings may be withheld until satisfactory verification is completed.

Any account found to have been registered by or operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed. All deposits made to such an account will be returned net of any bonus funds or winnings, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities where required by pk57's licensing obligations.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the pk57 platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, contact details, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your pk57 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in all required fields. You further agree to promptly update your account information if any detail changes. pk57 is not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. pk57 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify pk57 support immediately via live chat. pk57 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification.

pk57 reserves the right to decline any registration application, suspend any account, or terminate any account at its reasonable discretion, including where pk57 has reason to believe that the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 are not satisfied.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pk57 platform — including deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts — are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied at the cashier stage. The following payment methods are supported:

Deposits are credited to your pk57 account balance promptly upon confirmed receipt by the platform. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically reflect within seconds. Bank transfer deposits are processed subject to the operating hours and processing times of the respective financial institution.

Withdrawal requests are processed by pk57 in the order they are received. pk57 reserves the right to apply standard identity verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, including the first withdrawal from any account and any withdrawal above a threshold amount as determined by pk57's compliance procedures.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are displayed at the cashier at the time of transaction. pk57 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit to your pk57 account, or to a verified payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pk57 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that accompany each offer at the time of its publication. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms set out herein and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

Unless the specific terms of a promotion state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all pk57 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Any attempt to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• pk57 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, including where pk57 has reason to believe a promotion is being abused.
• Bonuses obtained through misrepresentation, technical exploitation, or any form of abuse will be voided, and the relevant account may be suspended or permanently closed.
• Bonus funds are not redeemable for cash until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

pk57 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings if it is determined, at pk57's reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other activity that pk57 considers to be contrary to the spirit of a promotional offer.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the pk57 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. These rules are published and accessible within the relevant game or sport section of the platform. It is the Player's responsibility to review the applicable rules before placing any bet.

pk57 provides access to live casino table games, slot games, and a sports betting sportsbook. The following general rules apply across all product verticals:

• A bet or wager is confirmed only when it has been accepted by the system and a confirmation is returned to the Player. Bets that have not been confirmed are not valid.
• pk57 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of an obvious error in the odds, payout rate, or game parameters — including pricing errors, software malfunctions, or data feed errors — regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed and regardless of whether the Player was aware of the error.

• pk57 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any account where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that such limits are warranted.

For cricket betting specifically, pk57 follows standard international sports betting settlement rules. In the event of match abandonment, reduced overs, or other irregular circumstances, settlement rules specific to the affected market will apply as published in the sportsbook rules section.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute material breaches of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the pk57 platform
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent verification process
• Using the pk57 platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using the pk57 platform on behalf of a third party without their explicit knowledge and consent
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment instruments, fraudulent chargebacks, or identity fraud
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the pk57 platform or any game offered on it
• Using any automated tool, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker-format games to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other systematic approach designed to circumvent the normal risk structure of the pk57 sportsbook
• Engaging in money laundering or using the pk57 platform in connection with any criminal activity
• Attempting to transfer, sell, or assign your pk57 account or account balance to any other person

pk57 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Where there is reasonable suspicion of criminal activity involving a player account, pk57 reserves the right to freeze the relevant account and provide account information to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the Player.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

All content published on the pk57 platform — including but not limited to the pk57 brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, written content, graphics, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and any other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk57 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk57 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or publicly display any pk57 content without prior written consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technical component of the pk57 platform
• Create derivative works based on pk57 content or branding
• Use pk57's trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any context not expressly authorised in writing by pk57

Any unauthorised use of pk57's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk57 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pk57 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.

pk57 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk57 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the platform or the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on it.

pk57's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your pk57 account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pk57's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

pk57 reserves the right to amend, update, supplement, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Where pk57 makes a material change to the Terms, it will provide reasonable notice to active players through one or more of the following methods: a prominent notice on the pk57 website, a notification within the player account interface, or a direct communication to the registered contact details associated with your account.

Your continued access to or use of the pk57 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform. You may request withdrawal of your available account balance in accordance with the prevailing withdrawal procedures at any time prior to or following account closure.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation — whether contractual or non-contractual in nature — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pk57 holds its international gaming licence.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.
